Managed on behalf of Morgan Stanley’s Prime Fund, 2020 Piper Ranch Road is a 601,417 sf single-building premier Class-A industrial building in Otay Mesa; the property is San Diego County’s largest industrial building. Originally a single tenant building, the Team eventually worked with ownership to demise the building and facilitate multi-tenant occupancy. The Team provided property management and construction management services for the project. The property was sold to an institutional buyer for $109mm.
