Purchased in 2013, 530 B Street was the first CBD acquisition for the Team. Acquired in 2013, the iconic 232,936 sf, 30-story high-rise was repositioned with $7mm in capital improvements including: new restrooms, upgraded lobby, and creation of the podium “Sky Terrace.” The asset management team took project occupancy from 52% to 78% (including 17 new leases for 60.5k sf). The project was sold in 2015 to an institutional buyer for $53.3mm.
