Starting in 2020, the Team successfully designed, processed permits, and constructed two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 152,469 sf on behalf of Cabot Properties. Total project value (including 10 acres of land) was $22.9mm. Buildings were 100% leased prior to notice of completion.
