Caitlin Lacy - Property Manager
Ms. Lacy joined the team in 2024. Her responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of 11 Class A industrial and office properties. She is responsible for overseeing property operations, lease administration, budget preparation, CAM reconciliation, vendor contract management, tenant improvement and tenant/vendor relations.
Previously, Ms. Lacy built a strong foundation in property management, specializing in Class A high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style properties across urban markets such as Orange County, Seattle, and Denver. During her tenure with industry leaders Greystar and Equity Residential, Ms. Lacy developed a reputation for excellence in managing multi-family residential properties - ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency.
Ms. Lacy is active in BOMA San Diego and currently serves on the Emerging Professionals committee as Vice Chair. She is also in her pursuit of a California Real Estate Salesperson license.
