Otay Crossings – McKinney Trailers Build-To-Suit

Starting in 2021, on behalf of McKinney Trailers (a privately owned company based in Orange County) the Team designed, permitted, and constructed a 12k sf office and truck maintenance facility as well as a 16 acre storage yard. The project was completed over a 16-month timeline and was sold in 2023. Total project value was $15.4mm.
