Michelle Renaud - Senior Property Manager
Ms. Renaud joined the team in 2026. She is responsible for asset, property, and construction management across more than two million square feet of Class A high-rise office and industrial properties. Her responsibilities also include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management team, lease administration, financial reporting, budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, capital projects, and vendor relationships.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Renaud brings a deep and diverse background to the Emerald team. Throughout her career, she has managed industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use portfolios, working with some of the most respected firms in the industry including Colliers, CBRE, and Lincoln. She has overseen millions of square feet of commercial real estate throughout San Diego and brings extensive expertise in property operations, financial management, and capital project oversight.
She holds master's degrees in Education and Business Administration from University of California, Santa Barbara and San Diego State University, respectively, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She is also an active member of BOMA San Diego.
