Purchased in 2015, Mission Center was a 183,692 sf office complex composed of three buildings. Strategically located in the center of Mission Valley, Mission Center was identified by the Team as a unique repositioning opportunity. The asset was transformed through $6mm in capital projects including:

• New modernized office entries
• New lobby
• Common area gym and conference facility
• $1.1mm tenant-occupied build-to-suit for the County of San Diego building

The Asset Management team leased the project from 78% to 95% occupancy (including 12 new leases for 103k sf). The project was sold in 2017 for $39.3mm.
