Otay Border Crossings (OBX)

Acquired in 2022, OBX consists of four Class-A industrial buildings measuring 355,148 sf as well as a 3.6-acre outdoor storage lot. The project is located directly adjacent to the SR-11 freeway and the future Otay II Port of Entry. The Team processed permits for all lots and completed construction in 16 months.
