As a part of the master planned Otay Crossings Commerce Park, from 2019 and 2022, the Team successfully sold and or developed 11 lots (33 acres). The combined sale value of the lots was $30.6mm.

Lot sales included:

• Permitting and/or construction of speculative outdoor storage lots
• Storage yard build-to-suit
• Two-building portfolio build-to-suit
