Teresa Souris - Assistant Property Manager
Ms. Souris joined the team in 2017. She coordinates inspections, repairs and maintenance, and monitors tenant and vendor insurance compliance for a portfolio of Class A industrial, office, and development projects. She also oversees accounts payable and receivable for the portfolio, assists with monthly reporting, and handles office management duties.
Ms. Souris previously worked in residential property management before joining the team. She holds a BFA from CSU Long Beach, is a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) designation from BOMA International, and is a licensed real estate agent.
