Paris joined the Team in 2014. Her responsibilities include asset, property, and construction management for over two million square feet of class-A high-rise office and industrial properties. She also oversees the daily operations of the property management team, lease administration, financial reporting, budget preparation, CAM reconciliation, capital project management, and vendor contract management.

Paris has over 17 years of real estate and property management experience.  Paris is known for her strong customer service orientation, consistently striving to build and maintain positive relationships with both property owners and tenants. She is active in BOMA San Diego and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Paris holds a degree in Real Estate and Business Administration and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California. Additionally, she has earned the prestigious RPA designation.
