The Kearny Real Estate San Diego Team is excited to announce its latest venture in launching Emerald Real Estate Partners! Based in San Diego, Emerald Real Estate Partners will build off the successful past and current projects it leads on behalf of Kearny Real Estate and pursue opportunistic and value-add opportunities within the region.

The Team has been recognized as a best-in-class owner/operator on behalf of its many partners with projects such as the acquisition and repositioning of Emerald Plaza as well as the various entitlements and industrial development projects completed in Otay Mesa over the course of the past 20 years.
